Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following terms apply to the cancellation of your reservation.

FULL REFUND

If you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of any amount you have paid.

NO REFUND

If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date, no refund can be issued.

HOW TO CANCEL

To cancel a booking, please email us at tsr1gr@gmail.com with your name and your check-in and check-out dates. We will confirm your cancellation by reply.

 

* These terms apply to bookings made directly with us. Reservations made through Booking.com or other platforms are subject to the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking on that platform.
